Engagement Structure

Every engagement
begins with diagnosis.

The Forensic Report is the foundation. Guided sessions are offered after report completion — the sequence is not optional.

Entry — Free
Run the Diagnostic Baseline

Free tool. Identifies your primary constraint before anything is considered. No email required to run.

Forensic Performance Report

Submit your system data. Receive a structured engineering report in 24–48 hours. No remote access required.

03
Optional — £99–149
Guided Performance Session

Post-report only. Live implementation of findings. You retain full system control.

Performance Guarantee. If measurable improvement cannot be demonstrated within safe configuration parameters, the session fee is refunded in full.
Foundation

Forensic Performance Report

An independent engineering analysis of your system, delivered as a structured document. No session required. No remote access.

£49
Report includes
  • Primary bottleneck identification
  • Frametime stability and 1% low analysis
  • Full configuration audit (BIOS, drivers, OS, overlays)
  • Thermal risk assessment and headroom mapping
  • CPU and GPU utilisation analysis
  • Optimise vs upgrade ROI verdict
  • Priority-ranked intervention plan
  • Game-specific settings recommendations
Purchase Forensic Report — £49

Secure checkout. Data submitted after purchase via email.

What you submit
CPU, GPU, RAM specification and current XMP status
CapFrameX frametime export from your target game (instructions provided)
HWiNFO temperature log captured under gaming load
Brief description of your primary issue and use case goals
What you receive
Structured PDF engineering report (24–48h turnaround)
System Health Score with confidence rating
Numbered intervention list — highest impact first
Honest upgrade recommendation where hardware is genuinely the answer
No CapFrameX?

A screenshot of your in-game FPS overlay is an acceptable substitute. Diagnostic accuracy is reduced, but a report is still produced. Instructions for CapFrameX are emailed after purchase.

Session Booking

Sessions are scheduled via Calendly. A completed Forensic Report is required before a session can be booked. You'll receive a booking link with your report delivery.

Timezone: GMT/BST. Sessions run weekdays and weekends by prior arrangement.

Advanced

Advanced Systems Engineering

For high-demand multi-workload setups. Deep latency pathology, memory sub-timing, interrupt analysis. Only offered when the Forensic Report identifies the need.

Scope
  • Multi-workload performance architecture
  • Streaming + gaming + production profiling
  • LatencyMon DPC/ISR interrupt analysis
  • Memory sub-timing and signal integrity assessment
  • Full session documentation and change log
  • Post-session validation benchmark
Custom Quote

Advanced sessions are quoted individually after the Forensic Report is reviewed. Not all systems qualify — the report determines eligibility.

Common Questions

Before you commit

No. The Forensic Report is fully async. You submit your system data — specs, CapFrameX frametime export, and HWiNFO log — and receive a structured report in return. No remote access is required at any stage.
The guarantee is unconditional — if measurable improvement cannot be demonstrated within safe configuration parameters, the session fee is refunded in full.
Yes — and it is actively encouraged. You should hold a record of everything that changes on your system. We recommend OBS or the Windows Game Bar for local recording.
Diagnostic tools only — MSI Afterburner, HWiNFO64, CapFrameX, and LatencyMon where relevant. All are free, open, and well-known. They are run during the session and can be removed afterwards if preferred. No proprietary or closed-source tools are used.
Yes. If your hardware is the genuine performance ceiling, the report will say so clearly. We have no incentive to oversell configuration work — the guarantee makes it counterproductive. The report delivers the correct diagnosis regardless of what that means for follow-on engagement.
