This Privacy Policy explains how FPS Engineering ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at fpsengineering.com and our services.

Information We Collect

Diagnostic tool data. When you use our free diagnostic tool, you optionally provide information about your system configuration (CPU tier, GPU tier, RAM, workload type, and performance metrics). This information is processed locally in your browser to generate diagnostic output. If you choose to submit your email to receive a full report, this data — along with your email address and name — is transmitted to our servers.

Contact information. When you submit your email to receive a diagnostic report or contact us directly, we collect your name and email address.

Technical data. When you visit our site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data is anonymised and aggregated. You can decline analytics cookies via the cookie consent banner.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the diagnostic report or other content you requested
• To add you to our mailing list (Brevo/Sendinblue) where you have consented
• To contact you in relation to services you've purchased or enquired about
• To improve our website and diagnostic tool based on anonymised usage data

Third Party Services

Brevo (Sendinblue). If you submit your email via the diagnostic form, your name, email, and diagnostic metadata are sent to Brevo, our email marketing platform. Brevo processes this data under their own privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. FPS Engineering does not store payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Calendly. Session booking is handled by Calendly. When you book a session, Calendly's privacy policy applies at calendly.com/privacy.

Cloudflare. Our site is hosted and proxied through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Data Retention

Email contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Diagnostic metadata submitted with email signups is retained for the same period. We do not retain payment data — this is held by Stripe under their data retention policies.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
